They charged me Rs 450 to open a jammed padlock (at my residence) costing Rs 700. This despite no effort required as the padlock opened normally as I had oiled it a few days back (regretted why I didn't retry myself). The mechanic's behaviour was rude and they are not trustworthy.

Has listed himself as a 24 hour key maker, however when called him in the morning at 4 he's like I'll take time to reach (2 hours) and this will cost a lot quoted 1500 for a simple lock at a distance of 2 km. This doesnt end here, he told me he will check with the building security and the neighbors to make sure I live here and only then will open the door. I understand the verification part but he did too much. He would trouble everyone around and just my identification will not be enough this man is from a different planet.
